Stirling Kenny

Stirling has been practicing law in Stratford for 50 years. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Ontario and a law degree from Osgoode Hall.
Stirling has built a reputation as one of the most sought-after lawyers in the area, and continues to provide high quality legal services to his many clients.
In his free time, Stirling enjoys spending time with family at his cottage in Grand Bend and traveling the globe.

Paul Robinson

Paul joined the firm in 2014, first articling, then being called to the Bar in 2016. Paul practiced as a paramedic in Perth County, amongst other locations, for 20 years before studying to be a lawyer. He provides advice relating to Real Estate, Corporate Law, Wills and Estates.

He and his wife Heather enjoy traveling.

Fred Leitch

Fred attended Osgoode Hall Law School and obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1965. In 1979, Fred was appointed to Queen’s Counsel in Ontario. Fred has continued to practice law since being called to the bar and has extensive civil litigation and criminal litigation experience.

Fred is also currently counsel at O. Arakua Lamptey, Barristers and Solicitors in Stratford, Ontario.

Janet Roth

Janet handles Corporate matters, and the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney, since joining the firm in 2007. Janet is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Kate Hodgson

Kate handles our Estates matters and bookkeeping. She has been working with Stirling for over 30 years. 

Colleen Childerley

Colleen currently handles legal matters for Fred Leitch, and has been in the legal industry since 1980. Colleen is married and has 3 sons, Scott, Brendan, and Mark.
